I have worked with most mediums in painting and would be pleased to try the ones I am less familiar with.
I often mix mediums and add texture with sawdust and paint. Like drawing I would split my approaches into two, observational and from my head.
I believe my best paintings are the freest ones. Only after working for a few days does this free approach come.
